Other Pets Allowed:
We welcome a maximum of two pets per apartments. There is a $250 non refundable pet charge and a $50 per month pet fee. Breed restrictions as follows: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweiler, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Malamutes, Huskies, and Wolf-hybrids. No breeds mixed with the above are allowed. Management reserves the right to refuse/change breed restrictions.
